Symptoms

This is just me trying to keep track of things for when I talk to the GP.

Current symptoms

• Brain fog, confusion, trouble concentrating, memory problems
• Fatigue
• Anxiety
• Heavy chest/shortness of breath
• Heart palpatations/pains
• Chest pain (occasional)
• Dizzyness/light headed
• Circulation
• Pins and needles
• Left arm weak, sometimes numb, sometimes icey patches
• Left side of face and right temple feels tight/stung/strange sensations
• Feels like tooth infection but in my cheeckbone (left)
• Random muscle twitches
• Sore eyes, light sensitivity, slightly worse vision
• Sound sensitivity
• Movement sensitivity
• Low level buzzing in ears
• Constant tension headaches, passing head pains
• Loss of appetite
• GI issues, extra gas (burps), bubbly stomach, nausea, acid reflux
• Loss of taste, not gone completely I guess I have around 10% of normal taste but hard to say. Things can taste different but also taste of nothing
• Insomnia
• Throat glands still swollen (but not huge)
• Temperature will raise at seemingly random points of day for approx 20-60 minutes
• General muscle/joint aches and pains
• Random, occasional electric/nerve shooting brain or limbs
• Sometimes grip problems, often find myself drinking with 2 hands without even thinking about doing so
• Walking can be strange/ a struggle, legs harder to lift or everything just seems slightly out of sync
• HR - raised but in normal range (65 - 80)
• Blood pressure - used to be around 95/65. Now generally 115/80 to 135/90. 11am test 138/90
• After physical or mental activities things generally feel worse, trying to manage
• Mornings better than afternoons/evenings for pretty much everything
• Daily naps after lunch, no sleeping but just lie with my eyes closed for 1-2 hours to rest. Fatigue and head pressure usually eases but usually get up feeling dizzy/drunk for 30-60+ minutes

Days 1-10

• Chest infection
• Temperature (38)
• Severe headaches
• Sore eyes
• Light sensitivity
• Brain fog
• Fatigue
• Slight insomnia (struggle to get to sleep but usually good sleep once I do)

Days 11-15

• Severe headaches ease but tension headaches continue
• Temperature settles but sweaty feet and palms
• New - Burning pains in chest, sometimes back
• New - Strange face, left hand side after massive chest pain
• New - Heart palpatations/pain
• New - Circulation issues

Days 16-20

• In general feel less ill but still struggling, learning to 'manage' myself
• New - Strange face, right temple after 'laser' headache
• New - Sound sensitivity
• New - anxiety
• New - burst blood vessels

Day 21

• New - conjuctivitus

Day 22

• Numb face and arm, bouncing HR for next 14 hours

Day 25

• New - Acid reflux
